St. Louis Bar & Grill

No Service!!! We made reservations for a group of 20 almost a week ahead of time. We spent a total of $600. They added 15% (which we gladly paid) however, we should have been informed ahead of time that this was going to happen. It’s technically illegal. I know this because I have spent 20 years in the industry...thieves. The restaurant knew we were coming and confirmed with us. They should have scheduled the right number of staff to work. There were close to an additional 25 people in the restaurant for a total of 45. The owners are only concerned about how much they can make. Service is horrible! They had one cook in the entire restaurant (the server told us and that’s why our food didn’t come out together). There was one girl working bar, hostessing and serving (she worked all 3 jobs). A total of 45 people and one server. Service did not exist for any of the customers. Everyone waited for drinks and food. When we were ordering we felt very rushed. We were not provided water nor were we asked if we wanted any. Our table was filled with garbage. We will not be returning after having this terrible experience. Thanks for the memories!

Good food bad service. I asked this Server Lead to give me the Rib and Wing Combo and hold off on the Pitcher. She mixed up thinking I am ordering everything later. I was hungry so I checked. She said I never ordered but then she said I didn't tell her what flavours I like on the wings. Made it sound like my fault that I don't know how to place orders in front of my friends. That's not very nice.

Staff friendly, but food quality bad. Wing's they serve aost burned and heavy smelly oil you can't eat.

Wings night is always a treat here. Staff are friendly and great. Refilling drinks before asked! Good service is always nice.

The service was good. Food is thr same as all the other location. However the Tuesday deal line up was pretty crazy. Go at least 30 mins in advanced.
