Jack Astor's Bar & Grill

Forgot to take decent photos. Food was good for a franchise bar. Like most jack astors, the chicken fingers are good especially when fresh. There weren't deals when we went which was quite a let down. The server took our plates away before we were finished, which didn't do well for service. Good selection for food, definitely more appealing if they have half off deals or something. Overall decent place.

Ordered some nachos for dinner and I think it was good. The nacho was not soggy from all the salsa that was poured over the nachos. We also ordered the Burger and the buns was not covered and oily. Overall the food I say was great. Service seems to be a hit and miss after reading some previous reviews; however, our server for the night was quite energetic and friendly. Hostess at the front was nice and asked if we would like to wait for booth or sit in the open area. Overall a good experience and will most likely come back.

very disappointed at this location. the food took forever and one of the staff was a bitchy for no reason. pretty sure her name was a shelly or sheila? didn't even say excuse me when she reached her arm in front of my face and over my food to hand someone else at the table their food. then walking to the bathroom she gave me dirty looks. not sure what was up her ass that night but didn't see one smile on her face the whole night. very disgusted with our service. food took forever and even to pay took almost 20 min for someone to come back to our table. thanks for nothing staff

was disappointed with this location. the meals we ordered were not prepared well.. I had Fish and Chips and the Fish wasn't crispy at all .. was actually soggy.. didn't taste appetizing at all. Other locations that I've been to were much better though

My family comes to this restaurant all the time and we love it here. The food is always fantastic. However, today the service was incredibly slow and our server was horrible; he rushed us, was very rude and passed by our table multiple times cussing under his breath (loudly). The 8 year old with us tried to joke around with him and he shut her down. Terrible experience. Food was fine though.
