Fish and chips best that I've had in the city.  Club sandwich is as great as what we used to get at most restaurants when I was young.  Recommend to anyone.  P.s. - if you're a reader, good selection of books for $1.

Simple restaurant with a lot of local atmosphere.  It’s not going to set any records or win any awards, but it’s a friendly place that has a definite charm into itself.

I had an excellent breakfast experience here (two eggs, sausage and bacon + coffee + bread + potatoes).
Nice, tasty and very generous portion for a reasonable price.
Comfortable place, good for a chat.

Very friendly staff and great service. Live bands on weekends and last time I heard they had open mic night . Food was really good! 😎

Closest thing to Cheers where everyone knows your name. Great friendly staff and good food and great prices. Think they have bands as well.
