Prime Burger Bar

I sat down for happy hour, I was not greeted; and had to ask to be served after 10 minutes of being ignored; this had something to do with their attention being on their friends sitting the bar. I had to again: look for the servers attention for 15 minutes to ask for a food menu because they didn't give me one the first time asked. The food arrived: dry meat and wilted greens... Disgusting. But again, the server was missing in action. Let me remind you, this server had 7 customers all sitting at the same table (the bar). I was then presented with a bill, WITHOUT ASKING, "because the server's shift is over".... How about you ask/tell me what's going on first? Other issues with my experience: I was given the wrong Wifi password with no help, then, there were 2 trainee staff who showed up for their first shift but I could hear the staff complaining about the trainee staff=not fun. With 4 people behind the bar I sat with an empty glass for another 15 minutes before I approached another waitress. The only staff who was willing to talk to me was the trainees (I wish I was kidding!) Oh and my second plate of food was even worse than the first with no recognition from the staff. All in all, one of the worst food services I've ever experienced. And for that, you get 0 stars(...well 1 because I can't give 0)

Tried the Butter Chicken and it was delicious! Mild flavour. My boyfriend ordered the butter chicken burger and he loved it, as well! For appetizers we had the perrogies and for dessert we ordered the deep fried Oreos! All in all the food was fantastic with great portions. Our waitress was excellent, great service! Will definitely be going back!

The burger was disappointing for a place that is supposed to specialize in burgers. Patty was dry, toppings were few and far between and the bun was way too big for the patty. The service and atmosphere were both good though.

Really clean place with a good atmosphere and great burgers, friendly helpful staff but a bit slow with the food.

Great food, good service and a overall enjoyable night out, definitely going back soon with such friendly prices on great quality food and atmosphere!!!
