La Maison Simons

Since I discovered La maison de Simons many years ago it has become my go to store for everything! I love their house brands for clothing, sunglasses, etc and it’s the most beautiful Quebec owned store ever!!!!nYou can buy anything here. Household items, linens , clothing, jewellery, accessories, and much more!nnMost of my wardrobe is from this mega gem!nnI have so many things from Simons and return again and again! I love the huge double level department store which has a beautiful design and so many things to discover ! One of my most recent gems comes from there!! We are blessed to have Simon’s in Quebec! I recently had a pair of pants repaired here, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the results! They patched a hole perfectly, making it look like it was never there. The quality of the repair is outstanding, and the attention to detail is impressive. I am incredibly satisfied and tremendously happy with the service I received. Highly recommend!

If you're expecting service during your lunch hour you're simply at the wrong place. I needed something real quick and it took a bit of time for someone from the store to greet me and the help was a bit non chaland.

They are having a sale now, winter and summer clothes, bathroom on second floor where there is a service desk, water refill fountain very useful. Not cheap but quality stuff.

I never write a bad review but I had an horrible experience...nI went with my future husband to buy a suit for our wedding... the moment we started speaking in another language between us, the staff totally ignored us.nAfter, the employees were super rude. They helped everyone except us; The old lady and the boy looked at us as if we were going to steal something... the boy had a horrible attitude towards us and looked us up and down.nAt the end, we left because when we asked for help... ignored. You should hired people with better values and actitud.
