Extremely poor online services...
More than 10 days for receiving an order, from Quebec to Montreal... 
No information, no status, no update... You can only wait without any other option than regretting not to go shopping by yourselves.
Before Christmas, think twice about it before ordering online at Simon's. You could be disappointed, without any gifts the D Day.

This morning I visited the department selling business suits.
1. The seller pretended he did not see me (there were no other customers in the morning :).
2. He gave me one model to look at.
3. He offered to look on my own without any further assistance (not a sufficient choice of suits there).
So, I had to buy a better suit in another store.

Horrible customer service in the winter coat department. The first associate was rude and condescending when I accidently triggered the alarm on one of the jackets. She then told me I couldn't flip through the jackets and that I had to ask her whenever I wanted to see one. The second associate is the reason I didn't only give 1 star. She was very polite and helpful. When she accidentally triggered the alarm while trying to unhook a jacket for me, a third very cranky associate yelled at her. She treated the second worker as inferior and it looked like she thought she was incompetent. I don't know what was going on with the first and third associates, but I definitely don't think they should be trying to sell $1000 coats to clients that they're going to piss off. Maybe age has made them impatient. I don't know. Simons, how about hiring a younger crowd?

One of my favorite Simons stores. Since it is a little smaller, I find it easier to navigate and find what I am looking for. Good quality of clothing too!
