I have used this location for more than 5 years and have never had anything but excellent service. From whatever far-flung place I found myself in the world, Peter and his staff always had a way to help me, and went to great lengths to make sure that the services I needed were provided promptly and professionally. This is a business in which you can have complete confidence.

Was catching an international flight in less than 2 hours. Had to do a last minute shipment of documents to my office in New York. I came into this UPS store panicked because I had no time and I also just realized I had my girlfriends passport on me that she needed for the next day for her flight.
The lady who was working took care of it all. She was concerned that I would miss my flight, so she suggested that she could contact my girlfriend and get the passport to her. She didn’t even want me to take the time to pay for anything. She said I could contact her from the airport with the credit card details when I was all settled. Incredible. Service like this is a rarity. To top it off, they discovered they live not so far from one another and she delivered the passport in person.
I can’t thank her enough. This is above and beyond any customer service I’ve received.

I had a very friendly and helpful experience with one of the staff members in the past, and felt quite comfortable to return to this particular UPS store. On arriving, I was next next in line. The woman working at the counter was very nice with the man ahead of me. Even after their transaction was over, she kept him for an extra minute to inform him of all the different services UPS offers. I thought great! This woman sounds friendly. When the man walked away, and I approached, I smiled and said, "Hi How are you." The woman glared at me, motioned to the scale for my package and did not respond. Thinking she may not have heard me, I asked her again how she was, and she grumbled, "Fine." I explained quickly that I wasn't totally sure of what I was doing and might need a bit of help. She replied that she didn't know what to do, that she wouldn't be able to recognize anything involving the return I needed to make. She handed me an empty invoice and impatiently told me what to fill out, then walked over to the other side of the counter while I struggled to understand some of the terminology. I apologized and told her I needed a bit of help figuring things out (mind you, there were no other people in there except for the two of us). She repeated once again in a very nasty tone that she didn't know anything. I did my best with the package and the information provided to me on the internet and got the package sent out. On paying, the woman handed me the machine like I was a piece of garbage, and then walked away without a word at the end of the transaction. The manager came in and the angry clerk walked out with her purse. Apparently she is the owner of this particular store. It was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. It was downright nasty.

Very happy with this location!! My shipment was very large and fragile and everything came in excellent condition and quick, from Montreal to California... Peter Loulos and staff do an awesome job! 5 stars for friendly and professional service.
