Snap fitness stole my money. Signed up for the trial pass, received it after it was even usable and charged my credit card anyway after cancelling account. All attempts at contacting the owners or head office have been ignored. Disgusting customer service do not sign up.

This location is horrible. It's messy, it's constantly out of hand soap, paper towel, and cleaning spray. Seems like there's NO staff here whatsoever. Their website advertises as 9AM-9PM staffed hours Monday to Saturday, which is a complete LIE. Their website also advertises renovation coming soon...it's been saying that for over a year and that's also complete BS! Now that my contract is up I'm wanting to cancel but I can't because there's NEVER any staff there. I have to go back to my original location for a period of time for my membership to transfer back (yes, your Snap Fitness membership transfers locations if you change up location for too long), and then cancel through the original location. Snap Fitness is not bad, but this location is disgusting.

Absolute sham. The person in charge there is a scammer. Will try their best to get you to pay even if you're not there. Avoid at all cost.

I had a month to month membership. I brought in my 30 days notice, because I had to undergo back treatment and I could not exercise. The guy in charge suggested that I would freeze my membership instead. I did, because I wanted to see how my back is going to feel after a few months. Well, I have to go through a one year rehab. So I went in and asked for my membership to be cancelled. I was told that they have to charge me for a month, since I did not give a 30 day notice, and pointed that in the month to month agreement. So, he tricked me, and I got charged for the time I did and could not use.
