My friend recommended that I check out this boxing club and I'm so glad that I did so! This is one of the few cardio workouts that is actually fun and exciting. Each session is 45 minutes and time will fly by. Neat and spacious studio. Friendly crowd. The trainer is motivational, supportive, and friendly. Flexible schedule. Reasonable prices, check groupon for deals.

Great workout and overall great experience. I strongly recommend this place to anyone trying to stay in shape but feel that the traditional cardio is too boring.
