Smyth Associate Clinic

Neither I or my family is a patient at this clinic. But Dr. Low saw my son in Leduc ER who also works at Smyth associate clinic and treated him for probable viral infection. He was very thorough with his assessment and explained everything to us. My son's pediatrician have repeatedly not wanting to see and assess my son's condition. When my son's swabs for RSV, influenza, and covid came back negative, Dr. Low called us to informed of same and to see if my son's condition have improve. When I told Dr. Low my son has not, he promptly ordered a chest xray, which ended up showing pneumonia in his lungs. Dr. Low again called us the following morning to tell us of the chest xray result and prescribed antibiotics right away. I have been feeling something else is going on with my son after about 5 days of high fever, low oxygen level. After 5 days he started coughing +++++ until he threw up, then went into respiratory distress, hence why I took him to Leduc ER and was seen by Dr. Low. I just wanted to express my deepest thanks for a doctor who is kind and caring, and possibly saved my son from being critically ill and might end up hospitalized if this was left untreated. His pediatrician has no interest in seeing him at all throughout all of this. I am a healthcare professional myself and have an even more appreciation for a doctor like Dr. Low.

I have had this doctor's office for a long time of my life. Many times I've been late for appointments and still be able to keep my spot. Today, while not being able to contact the front desk and their being a traffic accident in our path to make it on time. We were scheduled for another time for being 10mins late. Not happened before. They should update a proper way to inform if there lines won't ring or disconnect.

I’ve been going to this clinic for about a year now and my family doctor is Dr. Erica Steels… she is fabulous! It’s so refreshing to have a doctor who is approachable and genuinely caring about your health! Dr. Steels was able to diagnose a condition I’ve had for 20+ years that no other physician, specialist or surgeon could pin point. Even more I was able to see the specialist she referred me to within 2 months and he is also fabulous!!!! With her I feel like we work on my health as a team. She is a knowledgeable, caring and open-minded doctor. Highly recommend her!!!! Thank you Dr. Steels for all you have and continue to do for me!!! So grateful for you!!!!!

I have been a patient at the Smyth Clinic since 2016. I have received tremendous, comprehensive care from it's doctors. Among the best, most compassionate and proactive is Dr. Erica Steels. In this crazy world where our medical caregivers are in an impossible position so very many times a day with people displacing their anger and outrage, how about instead let's try some empathy for these incredible physicians like Dr. Steels who COME TO WORK EVERYDAY to do their utmost to provide excellent care.

Dr Erika Steele is the most amazing , genuine And honest doctor I have met in 43 years of seeing doctors. I read some of these reviews and am appalled that ANYONE would slander her personally on their Google review. Ones personal experience that didn’t work out , in the medical profession at that, shouldn’t be plastered across Google. I rarely leave Google reviews, but i had to give a huge shout out to DR ERIKA STEELE for basically helping me through my darkest of days, she is not only an amazing doctor , she is the light in my dark tunnel. So to those few that are creating new accounts to slander her good name …be a decent human at best and realize doctors have jobs to do. You may not always hear what you want to hear. Doctors deserve respect , the ones that help, and she’s top of the charts

How do I get one of these 5 star Doctors! Maybe I got assigned the wrong Doctor but I can never get in! Its always call back at end of month for bookings and its still 1-2 month away. Honestly don't know why I have a family doctor, back to the medi-centers.

Awesome service and great doctors. After reading the entitlement in the one star reviews from youtube university people...it makes me embarrassed to be in Alberta. So many Qcummbers and people who have no idea what they are talking about. Thanks to Smyth Clinic and there doctors for keeping it real!

Dr Gurpreet Dinsa is one of the best doctors I’ve ever been to. Dr Jason Low is also excellent. Dr David Smyth is the aviation doctor for your aviation medical. There is a very good skin doctor Dr Sampson. These are the Doctors that I’ve been to and I highly recommend them. My wife sees Dr Dinsa she trusts him implicitly.
