My son was in an emergency situation, experiencing intense vertigo. We were greeted promptly, taken into a room for him to lay down and treated with the utmost professionalism and care by all front line staff. We were seen by the doctor right away who was efficient and thorough. Durring the time we had to wait for his prescription a nurse sat by his side so i coukd wait at the pharmacy. The pharmacist was also extremely friendly and worked quickly to get his script out to me within 10 minutes. Overall 5/5 from every member of staff here. Thank you for making this unfortunate circumstance so positive.
I've been here a couple times over the years and I'm unsure if it's the same doctor I always see but the doctor I did see today, Dr Michael Bui is well spoken and sounds like he actually cares about his patients. He actually listened to me and told me to advocate more for my health when it comes to doctors. Thank you so much for today, it means more than I can even say. I am unsure why this clinic doesn't have a better rating!
Dr. Khanna was excellent! He was nice and listened to all of my concerns. He gave good advice and made sure I was clear on everything before I left. The clinic is small, but the wait wasn’t long and the staff was very nice.
First off the front admin staff are amazing and friendly. The Dr’s worst I’ve dealt with. Healthy-mid 20’s male, I came down with something. I had severe chills, nausea, headache, and sore throat, I could not swallow and it was very painful. I first seen Dr.Sakr, A… he came in, then received a phone call, left, came back 15 minutes later, not a big deal I can wait I’m patient. He asked me what is wrong, I explained as above. He said I had a bacterial infection and prescribed me amoxicillin. I got my prescription and left. I then went 3 days with the antibiotics and I declined instead of progressed, massive white lump in my throat, didn’t eat for 3 days couldn’t speak. The lump started bleeding and I was coughing up bloody phlegm Came back to the clinic and I seen Dr.MALIK, Aasim, now this Dr is the rudest I’ve ever experienced. Talked to me like I was stupid, looked at this computer screen the entire time. Don’t look me in the eyes once to you know, Have a real conversation ? I told him how I was here 3 days ago , was given antibiotics for a bacterial infection, I’ve lost 12 lbs in 4 days have not been able to eat, vomiting, pain in swallowing, severe throat pain as I described to Dr#1… he said why didn’t you go to the emergency? I could hardly speak to him my throat was closed up so bad, he looked at my throat from 3 feet away, he said I have strep throat. I asked why didn’t the first dr swab my throat I had all the symptoms of strep, he said “I can’t speak for him” ok… well why don’t you swab my throat? He did not, no vitals, no lung check, nothing. Just wrote me a prescription for penicillin and left, rudest Dr couldn’t even have a conversation. Dr.Malik, do you care about your patients? Apparently not, I certainly did not have a good experience with either of you. Won’t be back
Came for walk-in girl just said we aren't doing walk-ins. So why advertise you're a walk in clinic but then say no and not have walk in times either? Last time I came for a walk in in the afternoon and had no issues.
Really like the clinic. They have gotten so busy with walk ins but it's worth the wait. Dr Bui has been exceptional in His treatment and advice to our family. Thanks once again
Not sure why this clinic has only a 3.1 rating. I guess you can’t please everyone. The service was prompt and professional. Everyone there secretaries included were obliging and courteous. The pharmacist was very helpful as well. They did a perfect job in my opinion!! Great team work!!
The doctors are awesome, but I won't come here anymore because of the front desk staff. One person in particular is rude to me and everyone I know constantly. I even have my family doctor that and I can't get past the front desk to even see him. Their walk in police is unethical, the first 32 people. At the other clinic on rollyveiw and blackgold, they had stopped taking patients and still made time for me to get looked at real quick. Unfortunately I am definitely switching doctors, and not even because of my doctor, but because of the front desk lady that is rude and has no joy in her job.
the front desk staff are terrible. their word means nothing. you can "book an appointment" and when you get there turns out there was never an appointment booked. this has happened to me on more than one occasion. also i previously had broken a bone in my BACK near the clinic, managed to make it a few blocks to the clinic, i was in excruciating pain, and the clinic front desk staff were like "could you please fill out this form" etc, and wouldnt even call a doctor or anything to see me, or even speak to me. they just ignored me. someone from the adjacent pharmacist found me and called an ambulance. I'm actually apalled at how horrible the front desk staff are at this office. Also, four out of the last four times i've tried going to this clinic, during posted business hours, the clinic has been closed for various reasons. again today i made an attempt to go to the clinic. four hours before close, they already told me they would not be able to get to me today.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I called BOOKED an appointment. Let her know what was going on. Once we got there she had lost our appointment. Told us it would be 45 min wait. After 35 mins of waiting she pulled us aside asked if my 15 year old had a covid shot and then refused to even do a phone call appointment because the Dr was behind was late getting there absolutely disgusting that you would treat a 15 year old in this manner LET ME BE CLEAR! SHE HAD COVID 3 WEEKS AGO AND IS NOW TESTING NEGATIVE. Your front desk BOOKED ME AN APPOINTMENT. I asked if she could be seen in person and was told yes. We drove an hour, sat and waited for 35 mins and then was told she could not be seen. So this bs response is just an excuse for the lack in training for your staff.
