I was brought to a treatment room promptly at my appointment time and had more than enough time to discuss my issues and potential solutions with the doctor. Everyone was friendly, polite and very professional. I felt I received the very best care I could ask for.
I arrived as a walk in and within an hr I was in a room. I was pleasantly surprised at the condition of the room. Keeping in mind I used to work at a clinic 15+ yrs ago. The staff was very pleasant the waiting room and the patient rooms Very neat and tidy. I have a bad back the comfortable rocking chair was so nice compared to other dr offices. I felt the dr took time to listen to my concerns and addressed each one and talked in plain English not Dr. Talk . I am considering moving my family doctor here.nVery happy I came in today.
Best walk in clinic I've been too. The women up front are always pleasant and quick to get you in. If you leave while waiting they always call you and give you enough time to return for your spot. The doctors are great as well. Never had an issue
Went in as a walk in. Told me 30-45 mins wait, but It was less than 10 minutes. The staff were very kind. The doctor acknowledged my concerns, asked lots of questions to determine the cause of my visit. I’ve been here before and always have the best experience!
Had a biopsy done here which required 2 stitches. Was given no after care instructions, doctor didnt even tell me that the stitches weren’t dissolvable and would need to be removed, had to be told by another clinic. Tried to get in over the weekend, this is literally a 30 second procedure, and they would not get me in. Took the morning off work to do it as a walk in. Was there right for open 9am, told it was already an hour wait. Waited in my car for 2 hrs and went back in to be told there was still 5 people ahead of me and no estimated time. I waited for another half hour w/ no call and had to leave. They called me 3 1/2 hours after I checked in, by that time I was long gone. I believe they are avoiding following up with me as this is a non-billable visit, included with the billing of the initial procedure. These stitches were put in me by YOUR doctor, and require 30 seconds if that to take out! Often even with an appt you wait 2 hrs in this clinic. They are more about quantity $$$ than quality. They cram an unreasonable amount of patients into their schedule, so many that there’s no longer enough space in their waiting room, and people have to wait in their cars for hours. Dismal level of patient care. This is why people end up doing stuff like this by themselves at home, which i will have to do, as i dont have any more hours to devote to hoping you will follow up with me on a procedure that you performed.
