Aceso Medical Walk-In Clinic

Absolutely unacceptable. Even though I arrived on time for my appointment, they made me wait for over 45 minutes. You can't be late to your appointment but they can waste your time as much as they like.

I am very dissatisfied with my visit to this clinic. So I had an appointment for 2pm and I got there 10 minutes early to fill out some forms. 45 minutes later I was still sitting in there waiting for the doctor and still nothing. So I walked to the front desk and politely asked them for some explanation. They said so do you want to come back another day or cancel your appointment? No sorry or anything, just straight rude asking you to deal with it or leave. Very disappointing.

I would give him a zero. however it is not a choice. To begin with he did not listen to me during our phone appointment and told me that I have gerd. I suffer from sinus/ allergy issues, he tells me that he see no evidence of this. I sent an clarifying email. I was sent for a hearing test and the audiologist confirmed what I already knew that I have inner ear damage. due to chronic ear infections. I finally had an in person appointment. He did not have the hearing test results and he never bothered to follow up.

Honestly, giving them a 1 star is being generous. They LPN’s were impersonal and rude. My daughter and I had COVID tests conducted at one of their testing sites in Calgary. I was very grateful and appreciative of their services, and expressed my gratitude as I can only imagine what it’s like being a health care worker and being over worked and underpaid during the pandemic, but this is a private health care provider!!! The LPN’s barely grunted at me. Would definitely NOT recommend.

Great services, knowledgeable, professional, and have always gone above and beyond to accommodate our company's various schedules and requests. I would recommend them to any organization who is looking for a reliable company to provide occupational/medical services.

Great team in Leduc, Pharmacy attached to clinic. They were punctual, friendly and cost effective, would definitely recommend to friends and family. Keep up the great work guys!

Horrible experience.. made a phone appointment to have a prescription refilled. Was told it would be between 3-4pm . 5 o'clock rolled around and my phone rang at 5:03pm I missed the call as my hands were full. Called back immediately only to get the after hours front desk that said all the doctors had gone home and wouldn't be back in till the following week ! Leaving me without a prescription that is needed daily..

I Don’t think, this is a medical profession company. Don’t know how to treat with the clients. Very irrespective staff. I Don’t understand, how come AHS has given contract to collect Covid-19 PCR Swabs in Calgary? I had a very bad experience on the Location of Anderson Screening Station on 31 December 2021. Very bad service.

Had a wonderful experience! Called in regarding professional ear protection and Gillina was very knowledgeable and kind. I was shocked to read the past reviews, as she is not only kind and welcoming, but also very knowledgeable about the services this clinic offers. She was quick to offer me information and made me feel confident in booking this service. Thank you Gillina! Keep up the great work!

This clinic is ridiculous. I've been here twice and both times I had an appointment, and both times I had to wait an hour after my scheduled appointment to see a doctor. I've heard stories of people seeing a doctor ASAP. Why haven't I had that? Why do I have to wait an hour after my scheduled appointment only to hear unhelpful things from the doctor? Why do walk -ins get in before an appointment? I will not be returning to this clinic. If I could give it zero stars, I would.
