Big McDonald's with an indoor playground for kids! They have their own room to eat and play, and kids just love it! Lots of windows to let the sun in! Parking outside is big too ! Even the other main room for everyone is huge and clean. Everyone is very welcoming, and the place looks nice and cleanFood: 5/5
Convenient location. Fast service. Under the flight path of Edmonton Airport. It's a good spot to PlaneSpot from the parking lot with unobstructed views if planes are landing Runway 30.
We came here after having to go to the airport super early and just needed a bathroom and hot coffee. Signage says open at 6 am, google says open at 6 am. I am standing here at 6:11 am and it is still not open leaving me more then enough time to leave this review. Update: They did not open and we left at 6:20 am after looking for directions to another place. A guy did pop his head out to say that their staff had not shown up right before we took off, which is fair but a note could have been put on the door then to let customers know.
Clean nice location, service is kind of slow. Parking is good for this such big seating. I do like the choice of colours and lighting. Nice fancy ballon’s decorations.
I've been taking my daughter here most Fridays as a treat and to celebrate the start of the weekend for quite sometime. There's a reason McDonald's is slowly taking over the world lol Quick, cheap, and consistent Kid-friendliness: Play place is in good order and seems to have minimal germs and disease haha
Usually this McDonald's is great, but tonight they were horrible. My burger was dry, my fries were cold and soggy. The lady at the drive thru window was grumpy.Food: 2/5
Worst location in Leduc. Clearing the order numbers on the screen several minutes before they're serving them. Fries containers partially filled up. And... the slowest I've ever seen. Really not the best!!
Ordered a quarter pounder with no cheese from the drive thru, got home and opened the box to find the hamburger with cheese. I looked on the receipt, it said no cheese. I looked at the special order ticket on the box for the hamburger and that said no cheese as well. I have no clue how cheese ends up on the hamburger.
Twice now, I was greated by the young man at the payment window, what a wonderful young person. That alone made the experience positive.
I had a good experience. I had placed curbside order that never showed up. The lobby was closed and I couldn't go in. So I got in the super long drive-thru line and I was pretty ticked off. When I got to the thing I said I made a curbside order and never came. I had waited about 15 minutes. But a manager then picked up right away and got me my order and gave me a free meal. So I was pretty upset, but then they made me really happy. So that was super good customer service and I'm grateful.
