Griffiths Medical Clinic

This Clinic in recent years has gotten horrible. I asked the receptionist to provide me with my healthcare number as I had lost my health care card. She would not give it to me and I asked if I was to go to medi-clinic and have the receptionist from there call while I had giving here my ID to confirm my Identity. She said I could try that in condescending under tones. When I went to the the clinic across the street and had them call the reception at Griffiths refused again to give me my health number then tells them I have to contact Alberta health care, I am confused and frustrated about why I was not told this in the first place the first time I had called. I have had to get my number from this clinic more than once and this is the first time I've had so many problems with them. I just want to see a doc about my health right now and this is added stress.

Dr. Lee is the best doctor I have had. He is thorough, caring and informed. Couldn't ask for better!

It was really unprofessional of the receptionist to laugh at me when I asked if a certain doctor was still there. I then tried to ask about other doctors. She was not helpful or compassionate. Perhaps there is a shortage of physicians, but it isn’t necessary to be rude.

I've been a patient at this client for 20 years. I am very well taken care of. Right from the start with their front end staff to the nurse on site and my amazing Doctors. Dr. Holden listens and give great advice.

Dr. Tasha Rudzki is the most incredible doctor I have ever had. She is honest, helpful and willing to have unfavorable conversations. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER
