It's a shame many of us have jobs so we can pay our bills. 8 to 4 is not accommodating nor practical for those of us that would have to take off the entire day for a 15 minute appointment!nWe only do ultra sounds in the morning. We only do this at this time we only do that at that time!nFound a great place in the city and I can go on Saturdays. And yes for an ultra sound cortisone injection. Your clinic and CDC are useless! When you start paying other person bills and mortgages we would all gladly come at YOUR beck and call!nAnd tell people where they can go instead of we are not familiar with other clinics as your excuse. I know you are! Never again!nAnother customer gone. Yes customer. We people with jobs pay your wages as we are the TAX PAYERS!! DO BETTER!
Bad experience. I took my grandma who does not speak or understand English for some scans. The lady I believe named Jen doing her breast exam was the most rude and aggressive person towards my grandma. She was visibly showcasing her frustration towards my grandma while she was unable to understand how she wanted her to be positioned. Had she been more patient, I was trying to translate for her to help her. Instead, She aggressively and forcefully moved my grandma, her body, and her arms for her liking, not considering that my grandma’s age means her body is weak and fragile. She was basically pushing and shoving her towards the machine. This whole experience felt racist. When we left the room, my grandma seemed very shaken up and uncomfortable after having her body be so aggressively touched/moved during such a vulnerable and invasive exam a breast scan. We later had another exam with another lady I believe named Julia. She was so kind and caring and told us that is not the first complaint she has heard about Jen! How unbelievable is that to hear this lady who has had numerous complaints still works in this healthcare profession?! She should be fired for how she handles her patients. Do not go to this location or at least make sure you do not get JEN. Unbelievable and bad experience for my elderly not English speaking grandma and myself who had to witness her getting treated like that.
I was scheduled for an anatomy scan, where the tech was unable to get scans of the spine + heart. Was scheduled to come back two times after that, one was rescheduled and the second I called to let them know I’d be running abit late. My appointment was at 9:30 and they gave me until 9:45 to get here, I walked in the door 9:45 on the dot and they told me they’re cancelling the appointment because they spoke to me at 9:46. Every time I’ve been to this medical imaging, I’ve been treated poorly by the admin and have not been able to see my baby even after she’s done the exam. It’s just been a short clip she recorded and a photo. Very unhappy with my experience here and won’t be coming back unless absolutely necessary.
Very satisfied with every aspect of this process. Quick to get an appointment and at the appointment was taken into a room immediately and had only waited a total of five minutes. I am fully satisfied with the service they provided and the procedure was performed in a timely manner.
Came to the Leduc location,nice center,clean,however your front desk receptionist was very rude to me due to what I consider a minor error with the booking.nnWhile booking the appointment on the phone,I was asked if it’s an ultrasound and I said yes,this seems to have caused a major inconvenience to your front desk as it ended up being my fault for not specifying ‘Pregnancy’ ultrasound.Isn’t a pelvic ultrasound carried out for Pregnant people?She literally made me feel stupid saying ‘this is why we ask people to read their requisitions’, a simple call to the technician resolved this in seconds,there was no need for any drama,I am in the service industry and this lady was so rude and unaccommodating.Oh by the way,Kathleen is awesome,empathetic,comforting and very professional.Your front desk which is the face of your business have more learning to do because you don’t know your patientsncircumstance or what bothers them.
