Sleep Inn & Suites

Checked in without a reservation beforehand. No problems. Amanda knocked it out of the park with the service she was able to give me. Felt she went above and beyond what she needed to do. Apparently there is a reward system in place for each front desk employee and I certainly believe Amanda deserves her bonus x10!

1. I stayed 3 nights at the Sleep in. The first night the Air Condition wasn't working, no other rooms were available. The next day the maintenance said that the Air conditioner was set for the Winter time, that's why the AC wouldn't turn on. The Ac would turn on for a few minutes and turn off, wouldn't stay on. would come on after 30 minutes for a few minutes and wouldn't stay on. 2. Thin walls....I could here the other rooms conversation, I could hear someone taking a piss in their bathroom and I could hear the person snoring in the room next to me. 3. The TV had fuzzy channels, not very clear. Not sure if it was a cable issue or TV issue. 4. May want to look at the bathroom walls and celling, as the wall paper is starting to peel. The highlight was great staffing and good customer service, kudos to them.

Great place to stay. Very clean, and that's what counts the most when sleeping somewhere different than your own home. Amanda at front desk is very nice and helpful.

I enjoyed My stay at Sleep Inn in Dunmore Pa. The staff was pleasant and courteous. I enjoyed use of the pool,spa and gym. More room was clean and the bed was comfortable .The pillows was soft. I made use of the free wifi and cable . I liked that in my room I had a microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker. I slept so well I missed the free breakfast. I did experienced it on my last day. The hotel staff was very helpful in providing activities and restaurants In the area .I read other reviews I agree the hotel just need a few updates. Soundproofing should be first on the list. I had a great experience . As a woman on her own I felt safe and the hotel was clean (literally) . I would definitely go back and recommend considering I been to other expensive hotel chains that where questionable. I will see you soon

The room was clean and well keep. I had two queens and the bill ran about $100 a night and that was the weekend rate. If you need to stay the weekend it gets the job done, and is 10 minutes away from downtown Scranton.
