Great place to stay. Big fluffy pillows and soft blankets. The only thing I didn't like and it's the same in every hotel no make up mirror and the mirrors that they had was 36" away with dim lights and the other mirror had know light at all. Other than that it was so refreshing. Love it there.

The first room I checked into was missing the room number, which made confirming the room an interesting guessing game given my late check-in and level of fatigue.. was this a staff-only door or just missing the number? Inside the room (located and confirmed when the door key worked after the third time), I found a state of moderate disarray, including the menu for the restaurant in shreds. The desk chair, which I hoped to use for work, was broken, and would not "set" on anything but the lowest height from the floor. When I attempted to adjust the height paddle, I discovered, fortunately without cutting myself, that it was broken and the paddle had the remnants of sharp-edged plastic. I attempted to call the front desk, got no answer, then went downstairs and waited until the evening clerk emerged from somewhere to "deal" which, after a few, she did. She checked me into another room which had a desk lamp that was not working and a missing channel guide. So, I played Russian roulette with the Television until I got my preferred channel and pulled a floor lamp over to the desk to get some light there for work. I had stayed in this Sheraton location in the past - mostly for convenience in relation to my business travel - but it was a moderately decent business hotel in which Housekeeping had a "checklist" of stuff that was supposed to be consistent, present in the room and available for use. Not so these days

We had a delay at the airport, the hotel accommodated a quick check in for the day so we didn't sit 12 hours in the airport. Nice pool, clean. Easily accessible to airport.

Hotel is trendy and clean. But there is no working cable and the customer service is terrible. Called the front desk for 20 minutes with no answer. Then they never picked up my breakfast request. When presented the desk with my concerns, I was given a causal response.

Very nice staff. A very clean hotel. Nice size conference room as well.
