Fawcett Mattress - Sleep Naturally

We just recently moved to the Island and needed to upgrade our mattress. We wanted to buy local and something more environmentally sustainable. We were happily surprised to be able to meet both objectives at Fawcett. Fawcett’s staff (Steve) was extremely knowledgeable and helping us design a custom height mattress that would fit in our existing headboard/frame. Delivery was on-time and with great care from personal. We loved the comfort and sleep of our mattress so much, we purchased a second one for our guest bedroom. We recently added their natural latex pillows and what a difference! Definitely would highly recommend you check them out! If you time it right, you can even watch your mattress being built.

If you are considering purchasing a good quality mattress you really need to visit Fawcett.  They are a refreshing alternative to large chain mattress suppliers, and offer a far superior product with excellent no-pressure service at a fair price.  Natural materials weren't super high on our list when we started looking, and after having "less-than-enjoyable" experiences at the usual mattress stores, one visit to the Fawcett showroom convinced us that natural was the way to go.  When you walk in, there is absolutely no off-gassing smell or chemical smell of any kind.  You can see exactly how the products are constructed.   When you lay on showroom models you feel the difference right away.  The service is excellent.  Buying a mattress can be stressful and costly  which is why it's important to explore all your options and Fawcett should not be overlooked.  Not only are we now having fantastic supportive sleep, we were able to support a local business with a superior product.  It's a win all around.

Fawcett is an easy recommendation for us. Our son was the first to have a natural latex mattress in our family but from another supplier. While it was fine, I have my doubts about its quality & manufacturing process. Our experience with Fawcett has been excellent, both in product & customer service. With their transparency I have full confidence in what they're doing. Just purchased another for our 2nd child and will rely on Fawcett for every other mattress need we have.

We purchased one of their mattresses, 2 pillows, full set of wool covers, and bamboo covers (all organic) at the beginning of 2017. The bedding is comfortable, better on the back, and hypoallergenic. The service is fantastic. This evening we returned from a customer appreciation soiree at the factory. Hospitality was superb. Fawcett has to be one of Victoria's greatest companies.

Fawcett should start posting WARNING labels in their store and on their products that say: "Warning! You are about to receive unparalleled customer service, and superlative custom made products that could be life changing." We will definitely be singing the praises of everyone we've met at Fawcett and how cool is it that the guys who build your bed want to deliver it as well to set it up properly and make sure you're happy with the final product? Great team, great products!
