Simulis Plumbing & Heating

I’ve just recently called the office told her i had a new system install.I needed the system nitrogen tested & refrigerant installed. They sent a guy out within the hr & looked at the job and stated i was told to come out for a no heat call this is going to take to long I’ll have to call the office on what to do. So he sat in his van for 10 minuets came back and said it will be 800$ I can come back next week to do the work, but I’ll have to charge you 200$ for me coming out. I’m being forced to pay 200$ for a mistake the office made. Thank you simulis I’ll never call you again.

I called Simulis to fix a water leak in my bathroom and I landed on changing my whole hot water tank costing me $3,500. They charged my credit card before the project was even completed. My first surprise. I was expecting them to repair my leak the initial reason to cal them which they could not fix it. The technician started but left the job half done. I called them to inquire but they said I have to pay another $500 labor to fix the leak. Could you believe it. I was thinking to give them another project over the summer but NEVER. Completely dissatisfied at the very first project. So please if you ever decide to call them, think twice if they can sincerely do the job they are called for.

The first time we used them they had repaired our bathroom sink. The other day we woke up with no heat. I called and they had someone at our house 30 minutes later. The people on the phone are nice. Both plumbers we had were friendly and professional. I drive by their office everyday which is how I heard of them. I'm glad I took a chance!

My mom's old boiler finally gave out, it was a Friday and I didn't want my mom to go without heat or hot water, especially with the cold temps overnight. I called Simulis plumbing and Tom the owner had a crew there by the next day and had a new boiler in asap. So very grateful to Tom and his crew. They did a great job. I definitely would recommend Simulis plumbing to anyone who needs plumbing work done.

Tom and his crew are hands down the best plumbers in the MetroWest! They have done several jobs for us including: installing a new furnace, central A/C & Rinnai tankless water heater. Tom made the Mass Save Loan application process an easy one but helping us every step of the way. Tom is a professional with a high standard for quality while getting the job done in a timely manner. If you have any type of plumbing or heating needs I would highly reccommend him!
