This location gave me a solid quote over the phone for a leak test on the gas line in the house. That quote included the permit price as well. And they told me how much per hour it will cost me if something does need repair. This is honesty working well. When the tech finishes their job, I will add the final star or subtract one based on their performance. I take a lot of things into account when rating. Not that I am anyone special. But, an honest review counts.
