I was visiting elderly relatives in Worcester and was concerned about their furnace because there was a burning smell in the basement. I called this company and they came right out and figured out the smell came from some items that were leaning on the hot pipes causing the smell. They did not charge me! They did recommend having the furnace cleaned, which I did. Friendly and helpful company.

I have know the owner for a while and recently he installed a hot water heater for me in a rental property I own. He did a good job and I trust him so I did not have to be at the property when the installation was done. I have never had problems with this plumber in terms of pricing or a mess left behind so I will continue to use.

I got water in my basement this spring because the floor drain got clogged. They fixed it the same day at a good price. Pleased with the work.
