Updated Feb. 6, 2018: Here are direct quotes from the email I received after Rocky came to assess the 3 jobs I had:
(1) Supply and Install New White Gerber Viper VP-21-514 14" Rough Elongated Water Closet (toilet & tank) to replace existing.
Price to Include:
1. New Wax Seal.
2. New Johnny Bolts.
3. New Water Supply Connector.
4. New White Elongated Seat.
5. Removal and Disposal of old Water Closet.
$695.00

(2) Supply and Install New Chrome Delta 4380-DST Single Handle Kitchen Faucet with side spray and gooseneck spout to replace existing complete with
new water supply connections under sink.
***Owner is aware that garbage disposal may need to be removed to access existing faucet for removal, and that existing drain pipe has large amounts
of putty on tailpiece typically indicating a leak that has been patched. We will use extreme caution, but changing faucet may disturb this patch and may
cause a leak. If any kitchen drain work is required to repair drain properly then additional compensation will be required.***
$545.00

(3) [Gas Warm Air Furnace repair] Supply and Install New American Standard OEM Blower Motor and Blower Wheel Assembly to replace existing complete with new capacitor and removal
and disposal of old motor and blower wheel.
***This is a non stock item, this will take 3-5 days to bring in from factory, and is not returnable. Once we place order with supplier we have to pick up
and purchase, it can not be returned into standard suppliers inventory if owner changes his mind about installation after supplies are ordered.***
***Price may seem high but these are OEM Repair Parts and they are extremely expensive. Universal Motor could and should work and would be less
expensive but is not exact replacement and could still make noise. We could just order OEM motor and not blower wheel to save money but we're risking
possible installation on existing warped blower wheel and they're is a possibility that new motor could still make noise without new blower wheel.***

Original Post:
Have not yet received service from this company HOWEVER, they returned my detailed message regarding 3 jobs I have which are not emergencies and left a message with NO information re: the jobs or coming to do an estimate. Just stated they're returning my call.

I called again and got the answering service again. After expressing my frustration the "operator" (who refused to give me her name later) stated that she would not take any more details from me and said she would leave them another message and HUNG UP ON ME.

Update 12-20-17: Cindy called me and was apologetic for the miscommunication and was cordial. Holiday rush is a factor.

They're coming to do estimate. I'll update when/if the work is completed.

Guys came and fixed my frozen pipes after my garage was left open freezing my utility closet on short notice.  Promptly fixed the issue, was courteous, and professional.  Would highly recommend.

On Dec 16, My son Donald Bonder, had Fresolo Plumbing install a Burnham Steam Boiler in our Three Decker in Worcester. I coordinated the work with Rocky Fresolo Jr, He did a fantastic and professional installation job. He explained the operation, how the boiler works and things i should do to monitor it. the boiler has been operating great, quiet, and providing good heat for all three floors. Thank you Rocky Jr and R.Fresolo Plumbing for the fantastic service.

It was a great experience to work with the Fresolo group. They were friendly, efficient and thorough. I got my oil heating converted to gas by them.

Changed from oil to gas needed a whole new system.  Rocky Fresolo and the men that work for him were very professional and courteous.  Answered all the question and always explained what they were doing. The whole experience was fantastic and I would highly recommend them for any plumbing need.  I will be using them for years to come for the maintenance of my system.
