Jason installed several mini split indoor and outdoor units in my home. His installation was timely, and he was responsive in the sales and installation process.  However I’ve had two issues post installation — one minor issue right after installation and one major issue just over a year later — and Jason has been extremely difficult to work with. He did not return my calls, and when I did get in touch, he said I was “out of his service area.”  Had the installation not had any issues, I would have had good things to say. But given the lack of service and follow through on a very expensive installation, overall, I would definitely not recommend Jason or this company.
