I have had CK Smith for quite a while now. I have them automatically filling my oil and a service contract. They are quick to respond with any issues. Every time I have needed service someone was here within a couple hours to fix the issues. It is nice to know you have such a reliable group of people to support you if your heat goes out. 1/6/2018 update. Yes the service is good, but their OIL prices are the highest I have seen. When you get 200+ gallons that are .50 cents higher than anywhere else you are paying over $100 more than another company that may have equal service. I called to discuss with them, they couldn't stop talking about how big they are instead of explaining why I am paying so much more than everyone else. I am contemplating dumping them for someone less expensive.

I've been using CK SMITH/Superior for 5 years for both my oil deliveries and boiler servicing. I would recommend this company to all my family and friends! Excellent customer service in both the office and technicians. They are always on time and even earlier than anticipated for oil delivery. Recently I had an issue with my boiler, the technician was precise and knowledgable with the repair. It was fixed within hours!

i woke up to no hot water on Thanksgiving. I called and a very nice young man came right over and fixed it for me. I was able to take a hot shower and do all my dishes on Thanksgiving. Now today I had another very nice man come as my furnace was leaking. He called me to the basement and went over all the problems and explained so even I understood! Not bad for an old lady. lol I've only had ckSmithSuperior since May, 2017, but they seem to be very nice and reliable. They now service all my utilities. AND the people who are in the office are extremely helpful also. It would be wonderful if all customer service people were like these! And I also work in customer service. Thank you. The last few days, we noticed our furnace was making a vibrating noise. With closer inspection, it sounded like the exhaust fan was rubbing against the exhaust pipe. With each day, it got louder and louder. It got to the point where I made a phone call late-late night on Sunday (2-3am) and called your emergency line. The operator was so nice to us and put in a service call for the morning. Well, my wife and I woke up this Monday morning to a very cold home. I called the emergency line again just to let them know what happened. The operator said they would let the tech know and try to push us up the priority list. Well, from my phone call to the receipt in hand, only a few hours went by. Ed the repair guy was AMAZING. The operators I spoke to were AMAZING. CK Smith Superior's customer service is just AMAZING. Maybe CK Smith should rename the company to "CK Smith AMAZING" because that's what they are. And for the record, I did call CK Smith back and speak to a supervisor "Dave" to thank them. I just had to let them know how much we appreciated such a fast and flawless service. You people saved my family from an imminent frigid home and possibly some burst water pipes. Thank you very much for such an outstanding service!

I was very impressed with the technician (Patrick M.) who performed my most recent annual tune up. Being skeptical at first because he seemed to be so young...looked like he was still in high school. He proved to me that he had a passion for his trade and was professional, meticulous and thorough. I got a good chuckle from him discussing the merits of ductless air conditioning..."the wall units are great...quiet and the vent 'ovulates' to circulate the air around the room." I'm sure he meant oscillates! :-)
