Bought a veal pilau Biryani on Friday but not enough meat in takeout that was total disappointed. I may not buy food again based on price. It wont worth!

I had a disappointing experience with both the product quality and customer service.nnOn 28th Feb. 2026, yesterday round 10:36 PM just before closing, I purchased two ice cream faloodas. When I reached home and tried them, both had an unpleasant sour “khatta” taste, which clearly indicated a quality issue. Due to the late hour, I called the restaurant immediately, but no one answered.nnThe next day, I called again to explain the issue. Unfortunately, the staff did not seem willing to listen to my concern and repeatedly insisted that they had just prepared and tasted the falooda and that there was “no problem.” They mentioned that sometimes pineapple can cause an issue, but still did not acknowledge my experience.nnI informed them that I had kept both faloodas in my refrigerator and offered to bring them back for verification. While they offered to replace one falooda, both items had the same quality issue, so I requested replacement for both. They declined and said they would not consider replacement or compensation for both items. As a result, I did not receive any replacement at all. This further gave the impression that my concern was not taken seriously.nnOverall, this experience was disappointing. I expected better customer service. Unfortunately, both the food quality and the way my concern was handled did not meet expectations. I am sharing this review to help others and to encourage the restaurant to improve its quality control and customer service.nReceipt attached.

I used to be a big fan of silver spoon. I used to liked their snacks, party tray and break fast. Many of my friends started going there from my suggestion. But yesterday Feb 28 2026 I was very much disappointed. I usually buy veal biryani try’s from them and yesterday for iftar I also bought the same. Really disappointing that they didn’t put enough meat. I looked stupid infront of my guest. It’s really big time disappointment.

this was by far the worst indian food i’ve ever had. every dish was extremely salty and was basically inedible. i only took a few bites before i had enough and tossed the rest out. even the rice was super salty??? the chicken is also very dry and has an odd rubbery texture which i noticed others mentioning in their reviews. it genuinely feels like they poured an entire pack of salt into every dish they have because of how salty it is… save your time and money and do not come here.
