Chick Fiesta (Peri Peri Good)

Had lunch here for the first time today. The chicken wrap had just the right amount of spice and the onion rings were nice and thick and not too greasy. The customer service was very friendly, some of best I've seen. I like the fact that you can have your meal mild, medium or spicy. There's even bottles of their Peri Peri sauce for sale too! The meat is also certified Halal. Overall, I had a great experience here for my first time trying South African style chicken. Please note, the quality of the meat is excellent. Don't expect fast food quality. You definitely get what you pay for. If you're expecting a large portion at a cheap price, then this wouldn't be the right place for you. The staff take their time preparing the food so it's just right. I'll definitely be back!

I'm putting this out there to help my brothers and sisters.. Visited this place today got the tbone steak with peri rice. Food taste was 2/10. Service was 9/10. Quantity was good! However, because the taste of food was not good. I would not recommend. Dear owner/chef please make your food taste better. Overall 3/10

The food was good overall, however I would like to see some variety in terms of flavors for the chicken wings. Also, we ordered delivery and it took an hour to arrive which is quite a long time. Everything is halal which is a plus.

Our chicken tasted great, we tried the lemon and mild flavours which were delicious but surprisingly had a little heat which I don't mind. The peri rice was on point, not greasy or salty like other restaurants. CONS: 1. The portion sizes of the sides and hot peri sauce could be bigger for the price I'm paying, and 2. Our chicken arrived in soggy wet cardboard boxes and would've not held up if the plastic bag wasn't holding it together. Despite the minor misses, I would order again and would recommend as the flavours of the chicken are amazing.

Pros: Chicken balls are good. Chicken looks natural. Cons: Chicken is a hit or a miss in quality. Prices don't justify the quality. Service is also a hit or a miss. Chicken looked old, dry and oily. Just see the pictures I took. I would recommend you to try it at least once for yourself and decide. My take-out experience was poor. I spent about $35-40 on our meal. The rice was okay, not worth bragging about. The chicken was just bad! The chicken balls were the best part of our meal. The sauce is alright. The Google reviews did not seem to reflect the proper rating this place deserves; it was nowhere near satisfactory.
