Deepa was efficient cashing out long line up of customers and helping their kitchen staff at the same time, always with a smile. My husband and I think they have better gravy, it tastes different from other KFC locations.

The customer service was the worst by the cashier , she is such rude person I have ever seen in my life with their customers. she always charge extra for souses whereas no other kfc charge it. such a money mined lady with worst nature with customer.

This week we eat at kfc in the mall with my family . The food was cold and the staff was horrible. When my son went for a refill he was ignored and only when I got up did he get looked after and I received a dirty look for my effort. Kfc really needs to take a hard look at the location ....
