Flipper's Fish House

There are so few fish houses left in Toronto so it makes Flippers a treasure. Plus you get a salad bar with it, something that other restaurants have abandoned. Of course, the garlic bread is fresh, hot and delicious. Not sure the complaints about portion size. They serve a decent size piece of fish, unlike other places which believe a portion for one for one meal should last a week. This is our third visit this year and probably won't be our last.

Amazing fish and chip!!! The food is always really good!! The place is a hidden gem. The staff and owner are so lovely

Family run place. Very rustic and well maintained. The staff are mainly family and friends. The salad bar is basic but fresh. The fish is good and they have some weekly specials with a good deal. The fries are great. You rarely find such good fries.

This was the worst meal I have had in Toronto!! The vegetables and scallops were previously frozen. The fish was stale and had a metal taste. The shrimps were very chewy! And you get all of this bad food for a mere $52.50! Will definitely not be back!!

Very poor potion size. Over priced. Frozen fires and fish wasn't bad but very small not impressed at all will never go back or tell anyone to go here this place is over expensive for low grade fish and chips
