I wish to give 0 star…. The receptionists on the desk don’t have any manner to treat patients. I am pregnant and whenever i need my family doctor here, the receptionist always behave dramatic. What is the benefit of having family doctor if you have to wait for days and hours to get urgent care in pregnancy. They don’t even care about the impact a baby can get due to there neglect able behaviour. Due to this issue…. I cancel my family doctor today. I would rather prefer to go to somewhere else where i and baby get treated with care in urgency.

This clinic deserves no star at all! Cancelled my appointment without my knowledge and asked me to come back for walk-in from 9am to 1pm. Got there at 10am and they were apparently full for the day. It would've been appreciated if I was told to come in a certain time! The only reason I come back to this clinic is because of Dr. McDonald. He is an amazing doctor!

Do not feel like giving any stars at all. Whenever i call to set up an appointment with my family doctor her schedule is full for months and can never get to her when we really need a doctor. Then was asked to come for walking on Sunday a to see her. confirmed the date with the receptionists and went there but the clinic was closed. Just wasted our time on a Sunday. Then went there on a second Sunday after checking the opening hours for the clinic online and it was closed again. We went again yesterday 3rd sunday by the time we get there the walking was full. It was only 30 mintues after opening the clinic. The receptionists were really unprofessional and needs training. Haven't been able to get hold of the family doctor almost a year for a medical condition that i need her referral for. I don't understand whether its the system here or the doctors. As general citizens we pay so much of taxes to get so called free health care but eventually what we get is dissappintment and frustration.

If possible, I would prefer to give -ve ratings. Mistakes can occur occasionally not regularly as it is not a recurring kind of activity. Within a year, I'm suffering 5th time. Yesterday it has crossed a limit to me. Day befor eyesterday in the evening I was told by phone from the clinic that I can come tomorrow by 5 in the evening. Followin tha instruction, yesterday I reached at the clinic at 4:20pm. But the interesting thing is the reception lady straightforward answered me that the walk in click is closed for today. I told her my all story but did not work at all. Similar situations have been faced by me in different scenario in the same reception and out of touch with my family doctor. It is already second year, I'm not in contact with the doctor. This is too ridiculous. Phone service through reception is too worst. Physical meeting at the reception is too worst. Now what remains is just to change the clinic and look for the new clinic. Then why should this clinic deserve for any rating?? Unless I give one star, this post did not allowed me to post. Only for that reasonI'm clicking on one star. Infact for me this should be -10

It deserves no stars at all. This is the worst clinic I have ever been to. Been waiting for 3-4 hours. The service is so poor. The lady who checked in me told the wait time would be an hour and then I wasn’t called in even after 3.5 hours. At last had to leave the clinic without being checked. This is the worst clinic ever. Extremely disappointed.

Worst clinic worst customer service Very rude receptionist. I called she answered and put my call on hold. I waited for 15 -20 mins on hold. I had to call her back and she started yelling at me that I hung up. Ofcourse I had to call her back. They don’t want to treat patients. They just open at 9.30 am and within an hour at 10.30 am they stopped taking walkins. Whats a point of open a walkin when they just wanna sit their doing nothing.

Pathetic state of primary health care , u know it but u cannot do anything about it. The receptionist North Indian with nose stud absolutely needs to be fired for her attitude. Someone needs to monitor their calls how they give false facts with walk in times because they are so dumb but they lie to patients and don’t want to apologize if Dts their mistake. I really hope government brings some changes with these dumb health care system in Canada.

The receptionists lack professionalism as They have attitude and cannot speak with respect at times. Walk In Services are poor as I'll call in and ask for walk in as soon as they open for them to say" sorry we're full already for walk in". The doctors there have no idea what they are doing. My family doctor, Doctor Karthy could not find out the diagnosis for My feet pains for years, but within in a matter of months at a different clinic they were able to find out the problem. Do not go here your health care will not be taken care of properly as the doctors fail at their jobs. My condition wouldn't have worsened to this point if she had an idea of what she was doing.

I wish to give zero star. The receptionists does not do her job. The receptionists asked me to call later and when I call on same time that she told me to call she did not pick up the phone. I wasted two hours keep calling and no one answers. I do not advise anyone to visit this clinic.

Walked In and though there is a sign for being closed on specific holidays, the walk-in was closed on a day not specfied. Please stop being so unprofessional and wasting people's time. Front desk employees take the brunt of people's irritation, pay her more for her work so she can smile.
