Family Practice & Walk-In Clinic at Walmart Brampton South by Jack Nathan Health

I have been going to this doctor for about a year and a half now. After a few visits I decided to make the doctor here my family doctor. I usually make appointments in advance, but even when I go for walk in I don't wait that long compared to other clinics I have been to in the past. I really appreciate my doctor because she explains to me my symptoms, diagnosis, and even how to take the prescription. She's the best doctor I have ever gone to. The staff is extremely hard working so even if there is a bit of a delay I know they are doing the best they can and we need to remember that.

Over the past 3 years i have been going to this clinic and I am very pleased with the professionalism of Dr Makinde and the staff. For people who think the wait time at this clinic are bad, try waiting in any hospital emergency for five to six hours, in a wheel chair with a broken back. I think people need to realize that a walk-in clinic is not a fast track, its based on appointment, then first come first serve. I would recommend this clinic to anyone. Thumbs up to all the Doctors and staff at this clinic. You guys are doing a fantastic job.

I have been going to this clinic for over a year now. I switched to this clinic after my Doctor of 28 years retired. I have enjoyed the professionalism and cordiality of the staff and Doctors at this clinic so much that my entire family have made it their own. Clinic does get behind schedule on the basis of unforeseen emergencies which forces them to prioritize treatment by the level emergency. This is not different from all other clinics. In my forty years in this Country from Coast to Coast, I do not see any reason to think this clinic is later than others. Keep up the good work. Richard Emode

My kids and I have gone to this clinic for 2 years now. The staff are very nice and the doctor take time to listen and explain every decision she is making. She take the time to speak to my kids. I book appointment easily. And the waiting time for walk-in is reasonable. The doctor does follow up with me.

It's not a walk-in clinic if they also have appointments and make you wait 1 hour and 45 min for a simple prescription renewal because they see appointments before you... Have you heard about having walk-in hours? Say from 3-5 each day and then you can have appointments for the rest of the day? Please think about the time patients are wasting here. I will not be returning. The receptionists take over 5 minutes just to say hi to you. Serious planning needs to be done with this place.
