One of the best health care teams I've ever known. Though it can often be difficult to see my primary practitioner, the team based system ensures he's always aware of my issues and ongoing treatment, and so are the professionals that are treating me for other ongoing issues.
If they cannot schedule a regular appointment for a semi-critical issue, there are regular walk-in clinic hours that serve me faster than an ER visit, and the treatment is always recorded in my medical records for future reference.
