Probably the best walk in clinic I've been to. The receptionist are professional and helpful, I had gone in because my c-section incision was opening up and the nearest emergency hospital was a 6 hour wait, they allowed me to see the doctor right away. I've had to go back daily for dressing changes and they were able to accommodate each time. Unfortunately since I don't live in the area I was only able to go back during the weekend, but it's worth driving an hour just to go back. I haven't been able to find a walk in clinic in Scarborough thats equivalent to the services I received here.

This clinic is great. My husband and myself have used it a couple of times and have been very satisfied with the treatment there. The receptionists and doctors are very professional and our waiting time was not as long as we had expected. For my husbands care, the doctor took the initiative to treat him, which was something his own physician would not do, even after a couple of visits for the same problem, until he had had a number of tests done and wait for the results before treating him while he was in constant pain. The Dr even followed up with us after receiving his test results. needless to say, by then he was already feeling so much better.

The front desk staff are inefficient and rude. Their new appointment system is terrible. It gives us no timeline for wait time just the amount of patients ahead of you. And then wait for text message to be at the clinic within 20 minutes. So my entire day I have to plan around being in close proximity to the clinic so I don't miss the chance. My access to healthcare is further reduced by these inefficient methods. If I didn't have to come here, I wouldn't. I encourage everyone else to seek medical assistance elsewhere.

I give ZERO STARS. I called and explained that my 3yr old son fell and hit his head, threw up, and passed out. The pharmacist says he wants my son to come in and get looked at. I get transferred to the clinic, and they say they're not taking anymore patients for the day. AT 1:00 they're done taking people for the day? What was the point in telling me to come in then?? Very disorganized, very poor customer service. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Probably the worst ever walk in I ever been. Got appointment and got text message to come on time 20mnt period. Text says,if you failed to reached in 25 mnts appointment will be canceled. I rushed in with my new born baby and still wait there for 1 hours to my turn. And more time to see doctor. No complaints for doctors, they are doing great. Just the management are so so poor. Don't go if you have baby in your hand.

Avoid this place please at all times. Wife and I wanted consultation, advise and referral but were humiliated... Were told to consult family physician instead if we could, we wouldn't have come. Were told that they wanted to keep slots for sick people define this please? ... doctor just wanted to leave and didn't even care to understand or take the effort to consider situation ! Why accept appointments when you make patients write beforehand what they want to come for and then deny helping them? " Walk-in and family physician clinic" is joke.

Worst service , recommended to only those who want to waste money and not want to be cure Today I get appointment for my friend. She was suffering from abdominal pain and severe headache . After 4 hour of long wait our turn come and the one of the doctor syed does not even listen the problem of the patients and visited the patient for not more than half min . My friend keep telling the problem what he even do not care and prescribed her medication without a proper check up and literally we are giving 75-80 dollar for such visit to doctor. Shame on them they are doing business and risking the patient health

This is one of the worst clinics I've been to in Brampton. I wish I could give half a star or none at all. They rarely answer phones, and when they do, some of the receptionists are very rude and lack phone etiquette. I had my report for a test sent to them to be discussed with me by the requesting physician there. The physician failed to go through the entire report with me and didn't inform me he was instructed to order a blood workup for me. I knew all of this after requesting a copy of the report for myself. When finally got through to them to find out why that was left out and why that wasn't discussed with me. The receptionist very rude and refused to even acknowledged that they made an error, she basically argued with me the entire time, making excuses and said it's not her job to apologize.

Great walk-in center, you can register online, and they text you 20 min out, so you don't have to sit in the waiting area for hours. Doctors are also thorough, professional, and pleasant. It also has a pharmy where you can pick medication if they subscribed something. We been going here for over 5 years and will continue to do so.

Terrible customer service! Witnessed the front staff yell at 2 older patients while I was there for an hour waiting. I booked an appointment through their website for walk in and received a message an hour later to make my way to the clinic in 20 minutes or else my appointment would be canceled. Went to the clinic and checked in and was still waiting another hour. At the 30 minutes mark I asked the lady at the front how many patients were in line in front of me and she said only 1. There was a patient that came in 20 minutes after me and was called in right before I left after waiting the hour. Ridiculous!
