customer service horrible.. just trying to call the office no one answers the phone and if they do they give you attitude back on the phone. Very rude.. should train the people in the front better customer service skills..

I have been a patient of Dr. Jamieson for over 25 years. Both he and Dr. Snape had a practice with several other doctors and unfortunately they are the only two left, from the original practice. Sometimes you have to wait, but you don't show up for an 11 a.m. appointment at 10 to 11 expecting to get in right away. I always show up at least 30 minutes early expecting to wait. The staff has recently changed however they are very pleasant when you treat them with respect and quit hassling them: "am I next? Is it my turn yet?" - If they don't call your name; it's not your turn. I can't speak about any of the other doctors, as I don't know them . They however, are very cordial and polite anytime I do see/ pass by them. Sam, the pharmacist, is VERY knowledgeable and very friendly. I have known him since the day he opened. I consider him, one of my friends.

My wait is always long however I have been going to see this family doctor for years and wouldn't even think of changing unless I needed to.

Glad my Doctor has moved! This place is disgusting.....dirty with bugs crawling all over. The staff are rude, belligerent, abnoxious and disrespectful. And that's in a good day. Good ridens!

LOVED IT! i have been here multiple times and each time I am treated with respect. I switched my family doctor to Dr. Zac at the MD Center and it was an excellent decision!
