This is the worse place ever to do business. They NEVER answer the phone and the manager is a joke! I called for 2 days (twice a day) and no one ever returned my call. I had to drive several kilos and go to the store just to speak with someone. Stay away from this place

Very Very bad customer service. Many helpers but all with attitude except one or two young ladies. Very Very rude answering if there is a question. One of them is very rude and keep on singing when i have ask question. I have had such a bad experience with this place. I don't even wanted to stay there for a minute.

Fine for walk-in but don't even bother trying to reach them by phone. They simply won't answer. It makes it impossible to schedule a meeting to get fitted for a new CPAP mask.

The answering machine says they care about customers' calls, but in all the times I've called, not once have they picked up. Shameful service!

I HAVE GONE THERE 5 TIMES SO FAR. FIRST 4 TIMES WRONG STOCKINGS WERE ORDERED. 5TH TIME TO PICK UP THE PROPER NON LATEX GLOVES TO PUT THE STOCKINGS ON. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. IT'S A DIFFERENT PERSON EVERY TIME I GO THERE . NOT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THERE AGAIN.
