I have been with this clinic since 2003 and have no complaints.  Office calls to book follow-up appointments to discuss results of bloodwork, xrays or specialist referrals. Would highly recommend

This is my family doctor's clinic. Clinic never ever calls back to inform about the results of any tests that they recommend. I have experienced this 3-4 times. To get an appointment with family doctor, there is more then a months wait. Just the doctor himself is nice but that is of no use as you can never see him when you are in need.

No one lift the phone or answer the phone. They are crazy busy for business. Govt. must look in to it and stop grant.

Appointment for 12:15 and still waiting .. but they did move me to a different area to sit.. there is only one other person here... how do you operate like this?!?!?

Update I've now been moved to a room 45 minutes later...

Another update room door got closed I signed a paper 1 hour and 25 minutes in..

Avoid at all cost you will never be able to see your doctor they seem to be always booked. Also they do not accomdate families with kids, you are not able to see a doctor same time and have a appointment for your child its really frustrating. The front desk receptionists are rude, no customer service skills.
I would give this place 0 stars if i could.
