Shoppers Drug Mart

Pretty sure I got profiled in the beauty section. For 10 mins I was looking at makeup peacefully and then I started being asked if I was okay. Multiple times while I’m trying to mind my own business she kept bothering me if I needed help. I asked her once where the section for a specific brand is and she showed me. That should have been an indicator that if I needed help, I’m fully capable of asking on my own. Even after that the manager continued to bother me even once just to tell me she’ll check me out when I’m ready. Who the hell doesn’t know to go to the counter and check out?? I like taking my time while I picked out some things for myself for my birthday. I don’t need to be bothered constantly like I’m at Sephora. Ask the customer once and just leave them alone. Taking my time doesn’t mean I’m some suspicious customer that wants to steal. Absolutely disgraceful.

The worst shoppers ever, I cancelled my vaccination appointment because I have changes in my schedule then the male pharmacist on my next appointment was super rude and as if he is talking to his grand children trying to scold customers.nnSince I didnt like their service and professionalism, I didnt want to get my vaccination from this branch.nI came back because they charged my insurance for the undelivered vaccine and then the other staff were also rude I think they have an attitude here or culture which is not to be nice and professional to clients. Shoppers management should check this out.

Poor customer service, every single time i come here specifically the pharmacy they lack organization extremely! The staff is rude n maybe overworked? Either way please do better!

This place is the worst,I’ve been there a few times and the employees are super rude and disrespect their clients in every way possiblenOne time me and my mom were looking for lotteries,we asked and they did not know what it was.My moms English is not very good so I was the one speaking with the employee and she told me to be quite when my mom is there.nOther time I went to get a sunscreen,she said the price was 80 but when I went to pay she changed the price to 38 dollars.

The only good part about this Shoppers is the makeup section employees. The pharmacy is a real issue: my prescriptions never ready on time. I have exclaimed many times about my issues with the auto-refill, but they do not care to check. This is my health and I feel it isn’t taken seriously there. The person who answers the phone at the pharmacy is SO rude, I cannot believe it sometimes.
