small but nice customer service
The 2 new pharmacists are objectively rude and condescending. I'm sad that the old pharmacist left, he was always very kind and courteous. These 2 new pharmacists go out of their way to be rude. I'm honestly thinking of changing pharmacies. The non pharmacy staff of Rexall are very kind and helpful though.
Small space but food for what I needed to get. Great staff.
I had 2 prescriptions filled and they only gave me one, I called asking if the other one was there later and they said yes. When I went to pick it up they said they didn’t have it. It’s been about 5 or more days since I filled it. Very unorganized. There’s one woman who works there and she was extremely rude and not helpful at all.
I love this place. The pharmacists are very caring and really take the time to explain everything. Staff are always friendly and helpful.
Extremely disorganized pharmacy. Prescriptions were wrong and I had to wait almost an hour for them to correct it. Usually questions are asked prior to filling, this was not the case. A second script now has to be requested from my doctor.
