I’ve always had an amazing experience at this pharmacy. The pharmacists are very caring and knowledgeable. Being open 24/7 is a huge convenience and they’re always stocked with whatever I need. They are very busy but you can tell they always try their best.nDefinitely recommend!

over 30 minutes on hold for the pharmacy is unacceptable. There is no point in calling them anymore since you wait a minimum of 30 minutes each time...this needs to be addressed, enough with prioritizing profit over people's health.nUPDATE: I hung up after being on hold for 75 minutes....gave up, will look to move my business to another pharmacy.

Clearly don’t waste your time going there thinking the pharmacist can prescribe anything for you like it’s indicated in their board near the pharmacy counter : pink eye. Pharmacist was useless, scared and clearly lacking experience. Ontario Health is wasting their energy trying to have pharmacist prescribe basic stuff. Pharmacist are just prescription verifiers, nothing more.

We are not from Ottawa but are here temporarily after my husband's heart transplant. Since we need a local pharmacy, and we deal with Shoppers Drug Mart at home, I chose this one as it is the closest to the hospital and our home pharmacy could transfer our file. We have found nothing but incompetence here. The day of my husband's discharge, they contacted the nurse 4 times and my husband twice for clarification of his medication. There were missing or incomplete prescriptions when I picked them up. One med was inadvertently sent to our home pharmacy and when contacted, transferred it here. After a day, when I called, I was told it would be ready in an hour. When I got there, I was told they received an older prescription. I contacted our home pharmacy and they confirmed they sent the current one, but would send again. I let the pharmacist know it was being sent again, that I was going to pick up some other items in the store and would be back . After 15 minutes another pharmacist said they still did not have it. But when I insisted 'found' it. I was practically in tears as my husband should not be left alone for long periods. I have never said this before in my reviews but would never recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

So convenient to have a pharmacy that actually open's 24h, at lease one smart cookie in capital city that care's for the city's residents! Gatineau, Wich actually now have overpriced living commodities like rent and outrageous taxes, charger's to the citizens almost if not more than Ottawa's living prices...... But sure doesn't have as near as much services than Ottawa, like a nice Drug store opened 24h, very little restaurants that are worth the price and time wasted etc....nThis drug store is always very clean, very well organised and lot's to offer actually in stock. The food is fresh and not to forget the staff that always smiles and are professional to their customers. Huge parking easy to access and mostly always very secure and well maintained . Couldn't ask better. As a nurse, I know when I start work in QC but never know when I will be able to get out, so a 24h drug store his so convenient when at 2am you need something and having one with so many services his the best to avoid stress.nThank you shoppers drug mart!nWish Walmart and many others would be there and care for their customers like this as well.nShoppers is an exemple for other owners of big profits retailed stores, giving thank you back to the community that fills their pockets to make them that rich!!!!
