Fabulous service. Great prices. Surprisingly large store for downtown location. Parking was awkward!! Got the perfume I wanted. Felt more like a department store experience rather than a pharmacy drug store experience! Well done!! #localguide

After getting 4 items that were listed on sale for $5.49 and another listed at $10.99, the register recorded two completely different prices. When the manager came strolling around, she announced that people have been changing the price tags around in her store. She agreed to respect the cost listed on the shelf tag but wouldn’t do it for all items. I then informed her that all her tags were wrong in the whole section and that I should be permitted to have all my items at the tag price. She said no and insisted that only the one item would be discounted. I asked he is she was willing to loose a longtime customer over such a trivial amount and she blatantly said yes…. Therefore, I will now be going to the Rexall for my needs. Sorry, not sorry. Have some respect for your longtime customers…..

Pharmacy staff is very disappointing. There's one woman, who I believe is a student, she's shorter, and she is very awesome to work with. There was also an old male pharmacist that was pleasant to work with. But other than that, the staff seemed uninterested in helping you.nnPicking up once, I had questions about my prescription. Instead of the pharmacist coming over to speak with me, she had the pharmacist assistant going back and forth between myself and her passing the information along. I could tell the assistant wasn't really comfortable, giving me the information- almost as if he, you know, probably shouldn't have been giving me the information- It should've been the pharmacist.nnAlso reading other comments that you've charged customers for no reason. You're greedy pharmacy.nnI'm changing Pharmacy's

I came here with my mom to get pictures taken for a permanent resident card and passport picture German. We brought in instructions for both with the dimensions etc. The man who took the pictures assured us that he knew what he was doing. Both pictures weren't right. We went somewhere else and showed the pictures to the photographer. He laughed at how bad they were. The lighting and the stamp on the back were even wrong. How can Shoppers employ people who have zero clue what they are doing? If you don't know what you are doing just say so. Don't take two sets of pictures which are both wrong. We went back for a refund and they refused. We are now out $57. Never get any pictures done here! Go to Sooters up the block. They cost us $22 less and are actually right. Absolutely terrible experience.

Very well organized location. Friendly service by the cashier. Or if you prefer self service, self checkout machines are plenty and available. Great selection of products. Sales are labelled. You just have to confirm sales are still in effect as some on sale items were still showing but no longer in effect. Great experience.
