Deepal is such an amazing ambassador and lovely person. She took her time to assist me in locating a very important and difficult to find medication for my mother. She used her computer to check the item in stock and found it at the McCarthy location. I was happy, so was my mother. Thank you very much!nnAbdul

I would like to file a complain on the pharmacy sectionnEspecially one of the technician working at pharmacy I do believe her name is Sukreep or sukeep not sure exactly but I can recognize hernnIt’s not the first time so that I am filling a complainnnI come with several times and events ; so first time she mentioned come after one hour then my order took 2 hours .nI said maybe the guys were busy .nnThe second time ; she told me somthing diffrent on the phone rather than in personnnThe third time is todaynnI called the pharmacy today and I was about to tell her I do have only email copy of my prescription would you accept it or you need hard or fax copy , she said yes ! Then I asked her one more question same question to confirm she said yes ! Then once I said what’s your name to confirm if anything happen , she hang up the phone !! It’s somthing unprofessional and impolitennI called again then somone her name is Amena n answered me and she was so polite she helped with my ordernnI would like to know , is it ok to leave unprofessional and impolite technician dealing with people orders ? I think she decides or working on biases !!nnIt’s not ok that this lady made me mad and angry each time I do order from you !!!nnIam ready for any proofs and I can give a statement because each time I go there and do orders it’s the same situationnIf you guys hire her just to get her papers for skilled programs or somthing else That’s not our PROBLEMnnPlease find somthing , because I can’t explain or argue each time just to pick up or order my medication !!nIt’s not fairnnHonestly I would rather go viral and on social medial as you guys keep treating patients like thisnIt’s not the first time ! It’s somthing has to stop with these peoplennIf they come to work in health care sector they need to be honest and patient with clientsnnI don’t have time to give explanation and argue with her or people like her . Or if you guys can’t educate your employees it’s ok I can close my file with you and leave this pharmacy for good .nnThank you for your understanding

The board sign says its open till Midnight but the actual closing time is 10pm.nThis review will help people visiting store after 10pm and also Owner cam correct the store sign board.

I had a forth and back regarding photos taken for a Canadian Passport. They got rejected by IRCC. Underwent a lot of bureaucracy but at-least I got a refund. Wouldn’t recommend for something urgent. However, one of the staff was nice to me throughout the process. I’d give her a 5star if I was to rate her and not the shop.

I have had a great experience shopping here! The staff is very helpful. I meg Landry who is a Canada post clerk and he took the time to help me so diligently. I will never forget! Thank you!
