Shoppers Drug Mart

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this location. The staff in the beauty section were not only rude, but completely disrespectful to customers. Their behavior was unprofessional and uncalled for. It's clear they have no regard for providing good service, and I won’t be returning. I hope management takes this seriously and makes significant improvements, or this location will continue to lose customers.

After relocating here from the countryside, I find the item prices over inflated, idk how anyone accepts the prices they are 3 or 5 dollars more which is already overpriced in the rural areas of Ontario.nIt's more affordable to buy coffee in at Northmart in Iqaluit than here, Iqaluit has to fly all their products in. ??? It's not logical, we are clearly getting ripped off.nnIt not just this location, it's all the grocery stores in the GTA.nnAlso scrap the points card and put your prices to levels that people can afford.

I’ve lived in the area my whole life and usually shop at the Shoppers in Cliffcrest. However, two weeks ago, I visited this location at 11:40 AM only to find all the doors closed. I had to pry open the front door to gain access, as they were pretending to be closed.nnYesterday morning, I returned looking for information on skin care products. I had to wait for the cashier, to finish processing another customer’s LARGE grocery order at the cosmetics counter. Unfortunately, she didn’t have any information about the product I was interested in. Since the product was out of stock elsewhere, I had to ask someone at a different Shoppers for details and then return to purchase it here. If this location has such poor customer service and closes early, I guess they end up well-stocked! I would recommend avoiding this location.

I love going shopping there I buy my pop there every Thursday because it's senior day better get a discount somewhere which is good no shame in saying you're a senior visit the Shoppers Drug Mart you will have the most upright respect that there is I ride my scooter in and sometimes I bang into things and Things fall over but there's always somebody there to help me to pick you all up so thank you shopped on Kingston Road you give me good service ever since I started going there 7 years ago

Amazing customer service, Richie is a great staff and needs a raise/promotion for his amazing service he has contributed to the company. Every time I need help he always assist me in the best possible way. Love shopping at this location. Very clean and tidy.
