The Indian female cashier at the night shift is so rude and arrogant. Always gives a hard time when returning something or paying with gift cards and such kind of transactions. Never a smile, not any greetings. Lucky that Jacob/ Mckenzie is the assistant manager that time who always comes to the rescue in such hard times. She will bother you with returns and refunds all the time. Just avoid this lady at the cash and do self-checkout whenever possible.

Great staff except for the one who profiled me. I do not support self checkouts especially in this area, bring the cashiers back and that will help with loss prevention. Not to mention jobs.nPharmacy service is great! Manager Moe goes above and beyond as well!nThank you for everything you do!

I like this store although I find they are substantially more expensive than other drug stores. The have the size but not the customer service they once had. It’s kinda sad that a lot of larger retailers have opted to take this route. For that reason I prefer to support the local businesses.

After being a customer since they opened I have taken my account to Rexall. I am so angry with the service we were forced to accept from the Shoppers Pharmacy. Never ever answered the phone, for years, never had prescriptions ready on time. I am disabled and the frustration became to much for me. The Store Manager Moe is First Class so are most of the staff. Some of the pharmacy staff are friendly too. I have found a fantastic new Drug Store who now has my full business.

Just stopped there do some shopping. There was an older gentleman at cash as I was checking aisles, and he raised his voice slightly to say that he'd been at the automated teller for 10 minutes waiting for help.nnRather than assist him and apologize, the Shoppers staffer said that 'they' didn't have to tolerate rudeness! and told him to leave.nnAfter reflecting on it, I left as well and won't be back. There are many other such shops nearby.nnI don't like how Scarborough is changing. This is not the home where I grew up.
