Shoppers Drug Mart

They have signs promoting patients to get flu shots. But when we arrived at the pharmacist, she said they no longer do it because they have no more stock. She said they started giving flu shots in October and it’s already January. She was a bit rude. She said it, as if I should know better. If that’s the case, maybe they should remove their promotional signs in the store. I also tried to get Covid-19 booster shot, and she said she can’t do it because she’s leaving soon.nnThe best thing that happened was being instructed to check Rexall across the street. Rexall staff was respectful and accommodating.

I had a great experience at Shoppers Drug Mart thanks to the excellent customer service provided by Shristi B. She was friendly, efficient, and made my shopping experience a pleasure. It's always nice to be greeted with a smile and receive such attentive service. Highly recommend!

If I could give a zero, or less, that would be more accurate.n1. Extremely rude pharmacist & inaccurate. Can't follow the doctor's direction.n2. Extremely poor service.n3. Incomplete refillsn4. Incorrect refills.n5. Waiting on the phone for an hour or more and then being hung up onn6. Extremely long wait times when picking up.n7. Won't refund incorrect refillsnI've used this location for over 30 years and the last three years had progressively worse and worse. No professional standards are practiced. Something needs to be done. I guess I'll solve my problem with my feet and change my pharmacist at a new pharmacy.nDon't go there unless you want to be treated with no respect and be very frustrated!

In the attached photo, you can see why my review was two stars.nnSelling a stale product at full price, along with even going as far as to put a new best before sticker AND FORGETTING to remove the old one.nnUsually I am forced to check the BB/ EXPIRY date at No Frills across the street from you, but never in a million years I would've thought I had to do so at Shoppers Drug Mart.nnI fed my guests stale cookies over a month past its best before date without even realizing it when one of the attendees brought it to my attention that the cookies tasted a bit off.nnWasted just over $7.00 on ONE PRODUCT that was made for human consumption that was not fresh, nor enjoyed.nnPlease do better.nnOther than that, the employees are fabulous providing excellent customer service, and so is the atmosphere being that it's ALWAYS neat tidy and organized.

The pharmacy services are pathetic, I see most negative reviews are about the pharmacy services but no improvement. Booked appointment for my family of 3 at 11 am but was not called inside until 12.05. Really I don't understand what is the point of appointment when you are running services so delayed. And the reason for delay is always a lame excuse that all appointment are family of 3 or 4 and hence the delay.
