Shoppers Drug Mart

Always makes mistakes with my prescriptions. Have had to come back more then once on a a mistake due to the pharmacist.

What happened to this place?nI'll admit, this location wasn't a great location. It was aged, dirty looking I believe just from age and wear, not that they didn't clean and it had unreliable stock.nHowever! They moved across the street into a shoebox and now they pretty much only do prescriptions.nWhat happened?! Now I have to travel so far to get things I should be able to get from a neighbourhood shoppers.nI've never seen a shoppers move and get tiny. Usually it's an upgrade.nBullshart

I had a very frustrating experience at Shoppers Drug Mart. I bought a Presto card a week ago but didn't load any money onto it at the time, thinking I could add funds later and check the balance online. I wish I had been informed that this wasn't possible.When I returned to the same store, they told me the Presto card I purchased wasn't active and made me buy the same Presto card again. This was very inconvenient, and I am disappointed with the lack of clear information provided when I first bought the card.There was an extreme downgrade from the previous location across the street.nnP.SnnNow it's maybe only 500 square feet with only pharmacists available. R.I.P. the old Shoppers Drug Mart across the street, which had better staff and more selection. Only go here for prescriptions or if you need multivitamins or cold medicine, but don't expect to find drinks, snacks, or much else.

Prices are completely out of this world, especially when compared to Food Basics next door. Shoppers used to be really good with offers but now their on sale prices are higher than regular prices anywhere else. Way to go Loblaws

Over all this is a great pharmacy location. But today Saturday 08 at 1:45 I had to pharmacists treat me like I was a drug addict and faught with me about my medication. I NEVER felt so insulted in my life. I told them I work harm reducation why would I abuse medication.
