Not only did she patiently help me choose the best products tailored to my needs, but she also kindly assisted me with my application. Shoppers drug mart at Lawrence and Don Mills is the best 24-hour shoppers drug Mart in the city.nRick the store manager and his staff are most likely the best system and customer service that is so balanced as a Swiss clock and perfect Harmony.nnMake no mistake Rick store manager is all about great service and shoppers drug Mart and Wesson of Loblaws should be very grateful that they have someone of that caliber and experience to serve the community.nnRick keeps it all together. If it wasn't for Rick that store would fall apart in my opinion.nMuch appreciated Rick

Their professionalism, warmth, and genuine care are evident in every interaction. They are not only incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, but they also bring a positive, uplifting energy to the pharmacy with their constant smiles and kind demeanor.nnWhat truly sets them apart is the sincere compassion they show to customers. She is consistently helpful, friendly, professional, and patient. Alena offers thoughtful advice without ever being pushy, and she always greets you with a warm smile.nnI would like to recognize Alena for consistently providing an outstanding customer service experience—she truly goes above and beyond every time.

The pharmacy is generally fine, although I’ve noticed they consistently charge me $1 without sending any SMS to inform me that my medication is ready. I only find out through an email from my insurance provider.nnOn my most recent visit, the pharmacist instructed me to take two tablets per day—one in the morning and one at night. When I asked if there were any specific guidelines, he simply told me to take both pills after meals, on a full stomach. However, when I read the medication brochure later, I discovered it clearly states that the morning tablet should be taken on an empty stomach, at least one hour before breakfast, while the evening tablet should be taken after a meal.nnSo the pharmacist's instructions were only partially correct.

The pharmacist was horribly rude and refused me service. I was up all night with a painful uti. At 2am I booked an appointment for 7:30 at this location. I went there on my way to work. Once I was there the pharmacist informed me that I should have read the fine print of the online booking site because it’s up to the pharmacist’s discretion if she accepts the booking. Because she was all alone she refused to see me. There was NO ONE in the whole area. I have been assessed at a shoppers before. She could have been finished the assessment in the amount of time it took to explain why she was refusing me. Now I have to take time from work to address my issue and prolong my discomfort.
