Had a terrible experience here! The store manager was racially profiling me. I left the store after making a purchase and the beeper went off. I waited bit to see if anyone would come and as I left the racist store manager came out and I was tired & said “ I didn’t take anything! Check the camera” and continued going and then he aggressively came up to me and ripped the cart I was carrying out of my hand and aggressively twisted my hand. I called the ambulance & police and it was handled very lightly.

I had the worst experience here at this location today. My sister and I have went here to purchase a Christmas gift from the cosmetics area but when I have arrived there was no one to assist us so I have went to the cash out area to ask for assistance, the supervisor Emily came to assist us she greeted us with a pretty smile which made us felt welcomed but then the store manager hyder said it was okay he can take over, so he came over, when he came to us he looked bothered and disturbed but he continued to assist my sister so she started with the perfume she wanted to try which was the Hugo Boss Bottle Elixir, Hugo Boss Infinite and Caroline Herrera Bad Boy so he assisted her with that ,then she wanted me to smell it as well since she was indecisive and wanted my help, she wanted assistance with her decision from hyder the store manager but he acted pretty annoyed so she then made up her mind and decided to choose the Hugo boss bottled elixir then it was my turn to see what I was interested in since we were going to purchase two different items I wanted to try the Savage Dior he assisted me with that, after smelling it and asking my sister how she likes it , he told us that we were only able to smell 9 perfumes and we already tried 9 then I told him that my sister only tried 3 perfumes and we are purchasing two different items, he then allow us to smell one more and assisted another customers after waiting for him to assist another customer I asked him to smell the Valentino perfume and he then said we’re not able to try anymore before and then asked why and explained to him again that we’re making two separate purchases he argue back and let us know he’s the manager and he’ll ask us to leave. Honestly i am very disappointed I felt like this was a racist act and I really hope no one else have to experience this.

Shopper's campaign to encourage vaccination is a good public service. Unfortunately, the Morningside location is not well organized. As recommended by Shoppers, I made an appointment to receive Flu, COVID, and RSV vaccines. However, once at the store, 15 minutes before the appointment, as recommended, walk-ins were processed and received their vaccination before me. I was left waiting for more than 20 minutes and had ask the pharmacist why the delay. He was surprised and said I needed to register. I informed him that I had already booked my appointment and had eventually registered after all the walk-ins at the store. He looked around and found my paperwork and gave me the vaccine.nIn addition, the waiting area was a disgusting mess. There were clumps of hair, food wrappers, bits of gravel, and a butter tart smeared across the floor.nThe main problem is under staffing and training in custom service. I will be going elsewhere for my vacations I the future.

I've had multiple bad experiences at this store, and it's clear they focus more on creating a terrible customer experience than improving it. The customer service is absolutely the worst—10/10 for that. The older lady at the checkout is consistently rude to everyone and behaves in a way that seems racist. The young manager also appears completely indifferent to what's happening in the store.nnAfter several encounters like this, I've decided I won't be returning.

I want to say thank you to Joseph store manager for providing the worst customer service. I went in there with a product that was not working that I had purchased the night before and he came out with the utmost attitude and provided no results. He said that I was not able to return the item because it was opened I would not have returned the item if the item was working, and unable to know if the item was working or effective until I opened the package and realized that it was not working he provided the most attitude towards me and even started to act up because he seen the police officer standing adjacent to. Told me to handle my concerns with the front door manager and proceeded to walk away from me if this is the customer service at Shopper Drug Mart stands by I applaud them. 0/10
