I had several issues with this store that made me return out of my way to have them resolved.nI was skeptical to get results based on the negative ratings.nI kept calling to ensure when I got there, it was going to me smooth and straightforward.nBut management and cash staff were very helpful and pragmatic about the result.nNot 5 stars because of the issues on my first visit. If I had to rate them individually, it'd be 1 and 5.

Love the fact that the air conditioner was on for all the elderly people that have breathing problems. The pharmacy is so nice and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The place is very clean and organized. Most of all very helpful when it comes to your prescriptions and especially how to use it.I hope Shoppers is open for another 20 years. Handicap spots and parking on main floor. Washroom available to people who shop at Shoppers. Love all of there sales and most of all it is affordable. Thanks Shoppers for all you dedicated hours of hard work, open until 12:00pm. Wow.Local guide.

Very bad service in cosmetics today, there was a white girl working and she kept refusing to show perfumes. I asked her which one is a good option and she was like I don’t know you check yourself then why are you even working here. You should give people some suggestions if they don’t know. Don’t behave like this SHAME SHAME SHAME.

I had a very bad experience with this store.nPrintout of my presciption from Family Doctor was never accepted and I was told by the pharmacy Manager that the country wide Shoppers Drug Accept only direct Fax from the doctor which was a matter of astonishment for us.nnI doubt if this store has setup its own rule if so it need to updated in online desctiption or in notice at store.

Had a 130pm appointment for a flu shot but didn’t get it until 210pm. What’s the point of having appointment times if they’re not followed? I get small delays but 40 minutes is too much.nnPharmacy queue was a mess as well. No staff directing anyone for lines it was a giant mob trying to get one workers attention.
