Bobby and Noah were very helpful. I came in looking for some very specific colours for a feature wall based on some cartoon prints I had. Noah took the time to help me find the perfect colours and Bobby helped me get all the right type of paint and tools for the job. I really appreciated their time and assistance. I recently visited this location to order some touch-up paint for the trim in my home. I brought in a small sample to be colour matched and they nailed the match. I'm disappointed thought because I was sold 2-gallons of paint for trim touch-ups. I should have realized that was going to be waaaay too much paint when I picked it up but I was in a hurry so I paid and left. I used less than a half of the first gallon and was disappointed that they were unwilling to refund and money for the mistake. I left the extra paint at the store and walked out disappointed.
I went there 20 minutes before closing on a Friday evening and the gentleman was incredible. I don’t know how long was day was but he was as kind as if I’d been his first. He helped with my questions and helped me choose my paint and because I had my baby with me he even took it to my car for me.nI returned 2 days later and the young lady there offered the same quality service.nMy last trip I was served by the same person that helped at my first trip there and once again he took the time to assist me again.nGreat store and very knowledgeable staff and exemplary service!
The insight provided for my DIY project was great. Every single doubt I had was addressed. The person who helped me even called me later on to make sure everything was going well with my home renovation project.nnThe service and quality of the products I purchased are one of the best I’ve ever gotten.
