We love coming to this thrift store. We almost always find something. It’s clean and organized and majority of items are not junk. It is our weekly or bi-weekly date!!
There’s New management at this store now and most prices have gone UP, and in most cases are more than comparable products at Dollarama. New management I’ve been told by some staff and a few friends of mine are Arrogant and obviously don’t understand the market place. WILL NOT GO BACK THERE!!!!! . I’ll be shopping at the 3 privately owned ones here in AIRDRIE
It's a prettu nice store. Found some great deals on Jerseys there pretty often. Yes I know I love my NFL jerseys. You can find amazing things there that will sell for much higher. We once found something for 3 bucks that sold for over 100 online. It was pretty great. Again been a customer here at this store for over a decade now, and have been pretty satisfied with the majority of the visits. I wouldn't give it a complete 5 just yet because there are a few grumpy employees in the store still not being very helpful. But this place still is pretty good. Come here for the deals. Great experience.
Dropping off items at rear of shop made very easy. Amazingly helpful staff. Always worth a wander inside for treasures.
Love spending money on products that don't work I find it so funny that they would sell Christmas lights with out testing them to make sure they work when called to complain they don't do refunds and they don't do exchanges total scam to me they told me they mark on it that it's not work and lower the price but they did not so now I have juvk lights that don't work all cause they did not test it before putting them out for sale I would not recommend this place

I have purchased a waffle iron, fine china and clothing. Clean organized and loads of selection. We always stop here on our way through Airdre.
Hours say it is open Sunday.. but we went to drop off some items and the girl at the back said the store area is not open on Sundays? Was every weird.. maybe hours listed not accurate? Sunday is the prime day for a thrift store. Confirmed - hours on Google say they are open Sunday.. but door sign says closed.
Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service and employees yelled at me, I went to DONATE a recliner chair that I had called to confirm PRIOR to arriving, when I arrived the employee yelled at me and threw a fit like I had done something wrong? Exceptionally Garbage employee and I hope he gets fired for the way he acted, had the worst customer-employee interaction I have ever had in my life for absolutely no reason. Edit: I’ve read other reviews and all they do is copy and paste the same message to every negative review, seems like they don’t even care enough to fix the problem
Was feeling stressed and decided to come here to do some thrifting today. I was yelled at 3 times for holding clothing up to my body. one staff berated my for several minutes over this. When i asked what the issue was i was told that it was not allowed because i would infect staff with covid. I will never come back as I am still upset over being embarrased in front of an entire store for checking if a jacket goes with my complexation. If you go here be prepared to have staff treat you badly.
