I regret my decision on purchasing here. Over promising and under delivering is what this company is about to make a sale. Having a child sell me a couch telling me it will be delivered to my house by the end of the week and then not even being able to follow through. "Double booked for delivery" Is not my problem. "Don't know what happened" and "nothing i can do" FROM THE "OWNER" AFTER you take my money is mind blowing.

Wish I did not go here to buy my furniture. I bought a sectional for over $1500. No delivery included. Within a month the top cushion was ripping away from the sectional. Over the next year the springs started popping out. Within 2 years you could hardly sit on the sectional. I had to roll up blankets to fill in the spaces all over this couch. Then put blankets on to cover up this ridiculous way to be able to sit on it. What a total waste of $1500!! It is now in the dump. Didn't even last 3 years. Don't waste your money on this place. They sell substandard furniture at an out ragous price.

I bought a couch with the warrenty and I am feeling dispointed with the empty promises and service i was told the corner of my coach would be replaced and I am still waiting it has been over a month plus I asked to have my couch cleaned and that was over 6 months I wish I never bought my couch from a company that does not follow through . The end of my couch is falling apart the seam came apart and the arms are seperating big time. Left a message to get told something and nothing is done. I wish I never bought form airdrie furnishings .

Although the purchase of my new sofa was easy and quick, I was told when originally looking at the furniture "we always have this in stock as it is our most popular" or we can order and it is usually 1.5 wks. Well when I ordered it on Aug 20/16, I was told it would be 3 wks to delivery, that is when they would be getting the next shipment. Well I called about 2 wks in to verify to see if by chance it would be early. I was given a date of Sept 25th it would be off the train, so to the store by the 26th. I called Sept 22 to verify and now I am being told it will not be until at minimum Sept 30th. Not impressed as I was prepared to be without furniture for 3 wks but 6 wks when you are told they always have it in stock or a quick turn around. It is not a special order, this is ridiculous.

We purchased a bedroom set earlier this year. The sales staff were amazing! Knowledgable and helpful without being pushy. When the set arrived the staining was substandard. They manufacturer sent out a repairman and while he did an excellent job, it still looks 'repaired' particularly in 3 spaces.....one of which was a ding that is still quite noticeable. After contacting them again it took nearly a month for a reply. That reply said I would hear back in about a week.....now more than one month later nothing! The only reason they are even getting 3 stars is the sales team. We chose Airdrie Home Furnishings over The Brick, Sears, etc as we wanted to support a local small business and wanted higher quality (but not Braco Brothers price!) Sadly this choice turned out to be a poor one. I have changed my start rating following their reply to my BBB complaint which I am extremely dissatisfied with and feel contains false statements aimed at trying to deflect the issue by trying to say I have been uncompliant. sadly, they have beautiful items, are a local business and the sales staff were great but I will never step foot in their store again.
