Horseman Liquor Store Airdrie Liquor Delivery

Had our rum so that's a 5! But the store was crowded with boxes and dusty, not as clean as it could be. The staff on duty was friendly and helpful. Plenty of options at a decent price.

By far my worst liquor store experience. I spent $250 dollars on two bottles of whisky and got refunded only $210 with one business days notice due to a shipping mix up. When trying to sort out the situation on the phone and repurchase the bottles, I was met with hostility, yelling, and swearing.

Liquor store is the worst. Staff all has bad attitudes. If I was at rock bottom and needed a drink and this was the only liquor store on the planet I’d rather stay sober then give them my business

I called to confirm something in stock and the guy who answered yelled at me and told me to stop calling and hung up and that was my first time calling and then I called back and the way he spoke to me this guy shouldn’t be working in customer service maybe reevaluate the way your staff speak to customers

Love thus place! So many choices and the customer service is awesome! I feel this is my go to liquor store. If he doesn't have what I am looking for, he goes above and beyond to find it and get it in. And the recommendations of things to try have been awesome and perfect for my taste.

Amazing and straightforward experience - my initial email was responded to in less than 10 minutes along with clear instructions and guidance. I ordered a gift for a friend and it was delivered immediately.

I went in to look for my usual favourites but also went in on a mission to try something new! I stood there for a couple mins debating on what would work best to mix with multiple things, but still really had no ideas. I kept referring to my phone and googling, “how does ____ taste?”. One of the ladies was just coming in for her shift and she gladly stopped, asked me what I was wanting/looking for and helped me find something right up my alley! I tried said product as soon as I got home and I absolutely LOVE IT! Her suggestion hit my craving on the nose. After she put her things down, she came and assisted me in looking for a new wine. Her product knowledge was impeccable! Horseman has been my go to for years, and this visit was definitely top notch customer service. They’ve got competitive prices and are always so friendly. Definitely worth the visit.
